Fence materials

Cedar
Warm, natural wood for privacy panels, lattice tops, picket fences, cap rails and arched gates. Stain it every few years to keep the colour. Left alone, cedar weathers to a silver grey.
Vinyl
White or tan panels that never need paint or stain. A wash with the hose keeps them clean.
Steel
Black steel privacy panels on steel posts. Strong, clean-lined and no staining.
Aluminum
An open, modern look for front yards, decks and pool areas. It won’t rust.
Chain-link and mesh
The lowest-cost way to fence a big area, a dog run or a side yard.
Gates
Walk gates and double driveway gates built to match the fence, from flat tops to arched cedar.

On sloped or uneven ground, we can set the fence on a pressure-treated timber base, or step the panels down the slope, so everything sits right.

Fence questions

What kinds of fences do you install?

Cedar privacy and picket fences, vinyl, black steel, aluminum, chain-link and wire mesh, with walk gates and double driveway gates to match.

Can you replace an old or fallen fence?

Yes. We take down the old fence, set new posts on a string line and build the new one. The old material gets hauled away.

Can you build a fence on a slope?

Yes. We step the panels down the grade, or set the fence on a pressure-treated timber base so the bottom stays tight to the ground.

How tall can my fence be?

Each city sets its own limit, and front-yard limits are usually lower than backyard ones. Check with your city, or ask us when you text.
